This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by BrainCloud Web Solutions LLP, including but not limited to software development, web design, IT consulting, and other related services.
2. Refund Eligibility
We strive to provide high-quality services to all our clients. However, if you are not satisfied with the services provided by BrainCloud, you may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- The services provided do not meet the specifications outlined in the contract or agreement.
- The services are materially defective or do not function as intended.
- BrainCloud is unable to fulfill its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond our control.
3. Refund Process
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria outlined above, you must submit a refund request to BrainCloud within 7 days of the completion of the services. The refund request must include:
- A detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.
- Any supporting documentation or evidence to substantiate the claim.
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and determine whether you are eligible for a refund based on our Refund Policy. We may request additional information or clarification from you as part of the review process.
If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process within 3 working days of the approval. The refund will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Please note that certain services may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Services that have been completed or delivered as per the terms of the contract or agreement.
- Services that have been customized or tailored to meet the specific requirements of the client.
- Third-party expenses or costs incurred by BrainCloud on behalf of the client.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
